Merchandise

The Shrewsbury Latin Club will be selling merch in-person at various JCL events this year, such as the MassJCL kickoff, in-state certamen tournaments, and the agorae at the state + national (on behalf of MassJCL) conventions. Announcements will be posted on our social media and our website should we have an in-person merch stand at a JCL event.

By purchasing merchandise ("merch") or other goods from us, you hereby agree to adhere to ALL financial policies on this webpage. This constitutes as a legally binding agreement between the consumer ("you", "your", "yours") and the Shrewsbury Latin Club ("we", "us", "our"). Receipts [click here for a sample] and product confirmation pictures can be delivered to you via email on request.

Sale Policy

Our merchandise will NOT be available for purchase online.
Unless other forms of payment are explicitly allowed, all in-person purchases should be cash-only.

Refund Policy

Refunds for consumable items (e.g. stickers + other adhesives, candy + other perishable goods) will NOT be allowed after use.
ALL items from one sale must be returned in-person and in original condition within 30 days of sale to be eligible for a refund.
A merchant-signed receipt for a sale is required to initiate a refund [for that sale] for any reason.
Initiating a refund due to a defect in the purchased product will also require initial product confirmation pictures.

Liability Policy

We may not be held responsible or legally liable for:

The occurrence of any adverse effects or damage as a result of usage of our products.
Defects in our products-for-sale that originate from the manufacturer or consumer and NOT our handling.
Mistaken purchases involving counterfeit goods or merchants claiming to be us.
